Named in honor of Dad.
My Dad’s Pizza was born from a simple idea: serve the food we grew up eating, made the way Dad taught us — with patience, pride, and plenty of garlic. We opened our doors on Merritt Island with a deck oven, a few family recipes, and a belief that great hospitality never goes out of style.
Every morning the dough starts cold and slow. Every saucepot simmers until the tomatoes sweeten. And every guest who walks through the door is welcomed like a friend who finally came home for dinner.
